Hard Drive Recovery Services Inc..
has the most technologically advanced tools for data recovery in
the industry. There are instances, however, when some data
is damaged, yet it is considered functional from the operating system
perspective. We will recover specified files to the best of
our ability. If the data recovered is returned to a customer
and found to be unusable - we ask that the customer return the original
media for a possible rework. If further examination determines
that nothing more can be done and that the data is not recoverable,
a credit will be issued.
Hard drives, under manufacturer's
warranty, that require clean room stabilization due to physical
failures, still carry the warranty. Our clean room facilities
do not void the warranty and the drive can be replaced.
Hard Drive Recovery Services Inc..
will keep a back-up copy of the data on our server for a period
of 30 days. It will be deleted after this period expires.

of Data

Once Hard Drive Recovery Services
Inc.. has recovered the data from the failed media, the most common
method of return is on a CD. This also provides customers
with a good hard copy of their data as a backup. Other forms
of media are also available for the return of data, such as 4mm
and 8mm DAT tapes, Zip disks, diskettes (for smaller jobs) and Jaz
disks. We can also download to another hard drive if it has
been formatted with the customer's operating system.

Payment
Full payment of approved charges
is due on return of job/equipment. All invoices are C.O.D.
unless previously arranged.

Recovery Time
The timeline for data recovery will be determined
by the extent of damage and the lead-time through the lab queue.
Most software reconstructions require 4 to 7 days.
All lead-times are variable and are dependent on
such factors as; type of damage, parts availability and severity
of media and structure damage.
Expedited services are available and include several
options.
